Cyborgs are all harrowed.  The manitou provides the drain to power the
cyberware,  and keeps the flesh 'alive' the same way as normal harrowed.  (ie:
they don't smell like roses, but aren't (usually) obviously dead)

They should get mutations just like harrowed (which, IIRC means that they get
them, since it is supernatual radiation)
