That was to some degree dependent on the game mechanics:  being 
Possibility-Rated (for purposes of the damage chart), having Possibilities, 
_and_ having handfuls of cards could make that kinda tricky.  Also depended 
on which cosm you were in:  there were only, say, so many tough dinosaurs 
you could throw at them in the Living Lands or Land Below.  ;)

Besides, the trick wasn't to "punish" everyone (if you bought into the 
concept in the first place), just the Reality-storming person.
