Did you read the rules for huckers? If you try a Trick, you've got a
50/50 chance of taking a 4d10 hit to your noggin. Ugh.

Well, yeah, it's a little like MLB, everybody loves the long ball. But
blastin' takes strain, and eventually you run out of juice and have to
bring out the pop-guns and crowbars.

The first character I made for HOE was a non-AB map-freak who used to
work for the Northern Alliance branch that handled mapping for the
military. He was based loosely on a mailman I knew that used to hang out
at the game store... scary guy, but interesting. He was carrying around
about $1000 worth of military maps looking for a working uplink to
HORIS, the High Orbit Remote Imaging System that the NA activated
shortly before the Unity showed up and then they "lost contact". He was
on the run from the Black Hats, who desperately want to get back in
contact with the HORIS AI as well.

Never had a chance to play him yet.
