I'm quite happy to put up with typos in return for a well designed system/great
setting like the various Pinnacle games. They seem pretty good at getting
errata up on the web as it's found, and the mailing lists are excellent for
rules clarifications (both official and otherwise) Another good game with a
typesetting problem was Underground... the first full color rulebook, it was
very well designed but had a number of tables with misalligned data or incorrect
entries. As I recall there was one table listing difficulties that had the data
from a list of city populations in it.
"So, in order to succeed, I need to roll 170,000 on this d10? "
"yes, but it is open ended..."
Besides, with my sloppy typing I can hardly complain about other peoples
mistakes. :)
