Right. Speaking of which, another Q: Is it okay to buy Cyber Equipment for
one's Cyborg with Belongins? I say it is, because that's $1000 per point
rather than $2000 per point, and is fair in relation to other PCs. After all,
a non-Cyborg can use Belongins to buy power armor... Or a bionic arm, for that
matter.
