The pre-requisits are:
Strength 3d10   Vigor 4d12  Brawny edge

The Benefits are:
One die type of Strength and Vigor
Thick skinned edge
5 levels of sand and tough as nails

The Drawback is:
Lose one die type in Knowledge, Smarts and Cognition
