[HoE] Problems with Medusa
Remind me if we've talked about this or not, but I've got some real issues
with Cyborg's "Medusa Virus." Namely.... (Major Spoiler, so if you're not
a Marshal ignore my rants.)

1. Insta-Servitor!?! I don't think so! At least not with my posses.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought; (a: Servitors are supposed to be
very rare. Any disease, even just a cyber-virus, that can conceivably turn
every Cyborg into a Servitor of Pestilence, will not only make the very
rare, very common, it also totally unbalances the game. And (b: I thought
Servitors developed because they made some very bad life choices. If there
is a Servitor-creating virus out there, it completely removes choice.
Which, in my opinion, kinda defeats the whole purpose of Servitors in the
first place.
2. The Virus is called ‘Medusa' because supposedly it freezes Cyborgs in
place. So once the ‘Servitor virus' has run it's course, what are they
supposed to do? Stand there and hope someone walks close enough to get
infected? That doesn't sound like a very effective Servitor to me.
3. I thought that Servitors of Pestilence were supposed to be sneaky and
able to blend in. Unless Medusa only targets Infiltrators, most of the new
Servitors created by this virus are going to be pretty obvious, or at least,
they're not going to blend in very well.

Those are the major reasons that, at least with my posses, Medusa is just
what it says it is. A Cyber-Virus that destroys cyborgs, and nothing else.
