[HoE] Alternate Veteran and Mutations Tables?

If memory serves me right, someone not to long ago posted an alternate
mutation table - am I right in thinking that it was on this list?  I'm
having difficulty remembering. If so, could someone give me some help in
finding it again (even giving me the month it was posted or the author's
name would be helpful)?
I'm also looking for more options for Veteran - my group has gone
through so many characters in the past year that the existing options
are getting a bit stale.  Has anyone come up with an alternate
VotWastedW table, or am I touching on virgin territory here?  If you
don't feel like bogging down the list with this request, please e-mail
me direct.  Thanks in advance, folks!
