   I'm affraid I don't follow that line of logic.  Just because I know my 
way around Atlanta now, for example, doesn't mean I'd know my way around it 
in 1776.   Or, more importantly, someone from 1776 would know their way 
around the interstates, skyscrapers, and subway systems for Atlanta today.
   Although it'd be kinda munchkinous, I'd say you can be a Vet of both the 
Weird and Wasted west, but you'd have to have a damn good story behind (I 
stress *good*), and be will to the pay the price.  I'd probaby do something 
sadistic like take one hand for each weird and wasted, or each ear... maybe 
something a bit more creative if I sat and thought about it.  But I'd 
definatly make them earn those extra points.
