Well, no, because (by definition) if you're a veteran of the Weird West,
you're already a Veteran of the Wasted West, so no, you can't use it as an
excuse to get more points.

(Think about it.. you obviously cant be a VotWeirdW and *not* be a
VotWastedW, can you?)
