Nice Idea about Hellstromme but I has one glitch...Hellstromme has been a
Cyborg for at least a century and the Firebringer is (chard) flesh and bone.

Yes in Jackie's History the Tower was turned into a Deadlands in 1876 and in
2094 the eggheads and the Prospector found the spent gem on the top of the
Tower and used it (not to open the Portal but) to make a guide through the
portal to the past.

Not quite. Jo never said it was a Deadlands (she said it maybe haunted and
once a secret lab) and in the Marshal's section it says that the ritual
never went off so the Tower was not made into a Deadlands so Jackie
succeeded according to PEG.

Oh god yes. A thousand times yes, but it's fun to play with time and paradox
as a Marshal. You have to look at the fact that she left an intact Devil's
Tower with a Junker Stronghold (probably something like the Chamber but more
Technical than Mystical) with a laser pointing the way home using a depleted
Heart o' Darkness and no Crossbreeds (they died at the hands of their
creations after Stone made the Deadlands). In Jo's Hell's Atlas she talks
about the fact that the Tower was blown to kingdom come loosing half of the
top (exposing the Portal that was not that far from the top?) with no
mention of a Deadlands (the Marshal's section said that Stone failed) and
the place crawling with mutate Crossbreeds running around. So if Jackie
succeeded and entered the Portal in the past did she come back through in
HoE. How would the laser guide her if the Tower never had her past and she
is wandering the Hunting Ground thinking that the egghead screwed up and so
she is screwed. Or did she come out to find she exits the Portal on top of
the mountain (instead of in it) and that nothing except the history of the
Tower has changed (I hope she isn't even slightly suicidal cause that may
push some over the edge). If she came out to this HoE it might be
interesting to find out what she is planing on doing with the Heart o'
Darkness now that the 'eggheads' no longer are there.

And what about the Prospector? He is in our HoE and was in Jackie's. Are
there two or did he do a shift from one to the other HoEs with the Paradox
when Jackie succeeded? If the latter, does he have the knowledge of the
other HoE. God, Paradox can give you such a pain in the head.

You have to look above for that answer to that.
