[HoE] [mini] need advice

Hi,

I've decided to start painting minis again after a very loooooong time.
Right now, I have NOTHING.  So, I'd like to get some advice on which
paints to get and which equipment (brushes, etc) to get.  I used to paint
with enamel but I think acrylics are the way to go these days.  Thanks
