[HoE] A new Arcanish type Background

	I created this background for my Deadlands campaign after watching
Ravenous, a movie that is probably the best depiction of a Deadlands
world (as long as you bump the timeline up 20 years and interchange the
Spanish-American War with the Civil War). 

Son of the Wendigo (5 point merit)
Maybe your not actually the son of one but you sure do like to dine from
the same trough.  But sometimes extraordinary ends need extraordinary
means.  By eating the heart of a human being your player gains a one
step bonus in all of his physical traits for ten minutes. More hearts
add to steps but not to the time.  Each round (on the first card of the
character during combat) the character regains a number of wind equal to
half his vigor die type, after the wind pool is full whenever an amount
of wind equal to her size is regained the player gets to make a healing
check.  After suffering a fatal wound the player gets one chance to make
a healing roll.  Of course this kind of power is highly seductive and
your character has to take hankerin' mild, not to mention night terrors
as you are plagued by dreams of having a snack on your compadres.

	Of course eating the hearts of himan beings , even evil ones, ain't
exactly kosher.  Whenever a heart is consumed the player must pull three
additional cards to the ones he would normally pull for doing such a
deed.
