Preach on! This attack is SO unbalanced! In my game,
I altered the rules of this miracle, making into an
automatic weapon. (i.e. the doomie needs raises to hit
with multiple shots) This balanced it out a lot, much
to the chagrin of the player. Also, I increased the
TN of nuke to 9. That kind of power should be hard to
muster up...
