Thinking about it, that would be unnerving. Imagine it; you're asleep in
your comfy bed and the doorbell rings. And rings. And rings. You get all
pissed off because it's three in the morning and some moron is ringing
your doorbell asking to use your phone because his car broke down, or
it's one of your neighbors whose daughter is over at a friends and needs
a ride home [that happened to me once]. You throw on some clothes and
stagger bleary-eyed to the door, open it and pop your head out, ready to
chew someone up one side and down the other.
And come face-to-face with a seven foot tall clown....
All other thoughts leave your mind to make room for a single new
thought: "What the HELL?!?"
Then you notice the clown has big, nasty, pointy teeth and is eyeing you
hungrily....
Then you run to fetch "Mr. Buckshot" from under your bed, all the while
thinking "A clown wants to eat me. I should have stayed in L.A."
