I would think you could arrange a passive touch sensor which would drain
almost  nothing at all (keep in mind you can have a g-ray collector under
the hood and hook it up to that).  Then hook it up to a drain device (I
would go for a big sound system or holographic walkin' dead in the car...)
then the device only drains when the passive sensor turns it on.



	On that big nuke, your roll could have been anywhere from one to infinity
and you only rolled a 38?  Sounds pretty poor to me.
