[HoE] Car Security

Okay, here's a question..well maybe more than one...
I play a Junker.
I own a car, I want to continue owning a car, hence, I want an alarm system
....Currently, I am thinking of a "touch" sensor combined with sound "commo"
power...Any suggestions ? Any way to save on drain...(leaving the sensor on
whenever I'm not around sounds "expensive").
Also, what about security measures...I'm thinking of a "jolt" to any
intruder hampering with the lock ...How would that work ? And is there a
better way ?
