[HoE] In defence of moaning on the listserve

	As far as I can tell, it does have a chance of preventing people from
buying a book which is not up to the pinnacle standard.  If you don't like
it... it kinda sucks to have paid for it, and HoE books are expensive for
their size.  Most of them are very good (Brainburners was excellent), but
it does sting to pay 20$ for a 120 page book and find half of it unusable
and requiring of major overhauls of rules for the sake of simplicity and
clarity.
