[HoE] More on the Junkman Cometh

Okay, after a second look, I'm convinced one adds all the percentiles together
and then multiplies (the second calculation from my previous post), rounding
fractional Drain costs up. This makes the Plasma Pistol work out exactly the
same as they have listed (pretty much -- I'd say 0.02 rounds down to 0) and
the Junkgun work out nearly as listed (only the remaining slots is wrong, and
not by much).

Also, adding the percentiles together then applying them makes slot costs for
the Recon Drone work out (only the Drain is too expensive) and the Motion
Detector almost work out (once again, the leftover number of slots is close
but not right). Not to mention adding the percentiles generally results in
less messy numbers...

Of course, my calculations could be wonky... If someone could show me how they
arrive at the numbers in the book exactly, let me know. (The Chainsword works
out OK, but the Weaponsmith power is a lot simpler than most.) Also, I
apologize if everyone's been here already...
