Not much of a rule anymore... Anyone with an established Arcane Background can
be a Greenie or become a Companion (get Saint favors... basically, knacks as
far as I can tell). I mean, I guess the rule is still there... but its been
tattered beyond all recognition by now.

I don't recall if the Last Crusaders went into this, but it pretty much said
anyone could become an AntiTemplar. What if they already have an Arcane
Background? I don't have the book with me... was that scenario addressed?
