Spoiler warnings belong on everything that discusses items found in the
Marshal sections of the rulebooks.

<mild spoilers>

What Scott revealed would probably not spoil an adventure for players.
Going without my book here - I think corruption points per se are in the
Marshal section, but the fact that Anti-Templars have to fight against the
corrupting influence of, er, well the Dark Side is mentioned before the
Marshal only section - ie it's in the posse section.

To clarify:
Spoiler warnings belong around anything that is in the Marshal only
section, and/or if the information would ruin a player's enjoyment of an
adventure.
For example - When talking about the HoE dime novel Leftovers, mentioning
just what the secret item is to kill the servitor is a spoiler.
The fact that the local mutants are not to blame for the cattle thievings
could also be considered a spoiler. That second bit is something that
should be discovered during the course of the adventure.

But talking about the fact that anti-templars exist is not a spoiler as it
is a bit of information that is openly available to the players.

So... to clarify - not everything is a spoiler (nor can it be), but if the
info is a Marshal only secret, or it could steal the thunder from an
adventure, go ahead and tag the bit with the Spoiler warning.

Think of it as a movie - if it's in the trailers or if it doesn't ruin the
ending, it's not a spoiler.

On a related note and as a reminder - as a courtesy towards the everyone
across the pond, all discussion about what happens in Star Wars: The
Phantom Menace is a spoiler, as they don't even have the option of seeing
the movie for about a month after the United States release.
