[HoE] Werewolf : HOE



Hi, Again
 
Just to clarify, the werewolf that my PC is going to play is going to be more of a new mutant strain than werewolf : or thats what most think, so most of the Garou powers, rules etc... don't come into it.
 
But i need help defining where to draw the line - do i give him some or no powers, do i set a max to his die types etc...  I think that i'm definately going to use some sort of exhaustion points system - say after 5 rounds you get 1 point and each point is 1 hour exhausted or 1D6 wind ??
 
Thats what i mean, BTW i do have the trilogy of DL dime nov's for referance if you need to quote pages or texts etc...
