Well I'd have to agree with you on the falling apart thing. (though my
book sees little use these days)I have a big binding break in th Junkers
section that showed up the first time I opened my book. Oh well.

 I had the same thought occur to me but then I started to think of the
Munchkin factor and having read Last Crusaders it makes me shudder.

 What Taint? the Taint on the relics or the fact that by drawing on the
corrupt power that is offered by the Reckoners, corrupts. Besides only
Hucksters and Mad Scientists suffer, but only 'cause they deal with
devils.

NO. As you get more of the "character" source books you will more than
likly find out about the infamous Cyber-Harrowed book(not out yet, wahh)
This book quite frankly scares me. To make Harrowed more interesting I
bought the DL Quick and the Dead, that book scares me and I own it.

Oh sure tell me about prominant figure a haven't run in to yet(I play DL
but don't run it) ;)
 Oh by the way welcome to the HOE list. Hope the random prattlings of us
fellow list go-ers enhances your game. or at least throughly amuses you
with the antics.
