  I had the same thought about moving "Hell or High Water".  I'm basing my
campaign in northern New Mexico.  I think I'm going to use a broken dam
as the reason for the flooded city and keep the story up where I want
it.
  Did I read type about a new dime novel?  All I can say is, More!, More!
