Re: [HoE] Templar Bad Behavior?

<<This is a tough one. Your Templar WAS playing out his hinderance. If
the Templar character felt remorse for his bestial actions I would let
him slide. But we are talking about him saying this to the other
players. Expressing remorse. If he doesn't even feel just a little bad
about his actions, zap him. Let him start down the path of
Servitor-hood, but since it's early let him redeem himself. If possible
make that a side quest for the party. Hope these sugestions help.

Yes, its good to give the servitor mark, and allow for redemption.

No, it is not good to use Bloodthirsty as an excuse. I've already had 2
players in my game take Bloodthirsty and Loyal just so they could kill
anything (and I mean anything) that f&*(ed with the party, and not feel
bad about it. Suffice to say they are either gone from the game or
playing different characters. Bloodthirsty is probably one of the
cheesiest Hinderances in the book, and should only be allowed for people
who intend to roleplay and not turn a Hinderance into an Edge.

Comments, Questions?
