[HoE] Mixing Arcane backgrounds

I think the rules are pretty explicit in HOE, you can't have a character with
more than one Arcane Background.  So you could have a Syker or a Templar, but
not both.

There is a loophole, however... non-shamans can learn favors and other stuff
from Ghost Dancers.  A while back I posted some character ideas, called "Four
Templars and a Junker", one of them was a Templar with an indian background
who could call on favors. Also, Brain Burners say "Greenies" are the HoE
version of Tempests, but I haven't heard anyone say you can't have a Tempest
in HoE using the rules from H&H.
