i could be wrong - but i thought he only went boom if he was captured ? 
if he's dead i don't think the chip would go up. unless of course 
someone started tampering with the body, i'm sure trying to pull the 
chip after the death would set it off - can anyone say anti-tamper 
device ?



 can you take his 10mm caseless >>  ammo for use in your own weapons?

well, theres no other weapons in the game that use caseless except HI 
stuff - and using caseless ammo in a weapon designe for cased would 
cause all sorts of problems - the feed mechanism just wouldn't handle 
it.

and i *think* the clips are chipped too - otherwise an enterprising 
gunsmith would take apart the components, giving him propellant & lead 
to re-mold into cased ammo.
