Keep in mind that Junker devices have an inherent flaw that puts 'regular' machines at an advantage,
and one that makes Junker cybernetics a very bad idea: They're freakin' HUGE. A Junker cyber arm
would probably weigh as much as the rest of the body it is attached to.
Also note that the question, "can a Junker do this?" is often a moot one, since the Occult
Engineering skill is used to circumvent the laws of science, not to work with them. Sure, a Junker
with a skill in making cybernetics could fix the arm, but not by using his Junker talents, and
anyone with a cyber-repair skill could do just as well as the Junker.
