Well, since all other character types keep their powers after comin'
back, and Sykers are a "mere" extrapolation of the Martial Artists from
"The Great Maze," who get to keep their chi powers after getting killed and
comin' back, then I would say yes.
One of the major gimmicks of the Deadlands games is the return of a dead
PC as harrowed, and it seems to happen an awful lot. (Look how many people
in the Wierd West are harrowed...quite a few. I mean, Abraham Lincoln? :)
I started having nightmares about a guy in a stovepipe hat wandering around
DC muttering "brains, need more brains...")
On another note, consider the odds of coming back harrowed, and then
figure how many people died in the Last War. Scary thought, eh?
