There is no information in the book that says Sykers loose their powers
when they become Harrowed. Anyway most supernatural archetypes just
become Harrowed-whatever they were in their days of life. Yes it does
make for sick combat monster death machines, but that has been balanced
out in HOE some by starting the new Harrowed characters off with no
powers. Besides If Sykers focus their mental powers and manitous need
the brain to be intact to even create Harrowed, you would think they
would become Harrowed more easily than normal people. The focused mental
energies attracting Manitous to them like moths too a flame. We will all
learn much more when the Syker source book Brainburners comes out.
