[HoE] Intolerance Opinion

     I have a player who has taken the Hinderance Intolerance to the
Combine.  I keep flip flopping on this and am now in search of your
opinions on it.

     The player came up with a good history and background and yes I can
see that he would go gunning for these guys on sight, hence the idea of the
Intolerance.  But is it really a Hinderance?  Do you think everyone in the
world thinks of these guys as the bad guys anyway or do most people think
of them in terms of "They are the last best hope for humanity" type thing? 
Is it or isn't it just as silly as taking Intolerance:  Automatons and the
like?

     And finally, how many points do you think it's worth if you would ok
it as a Hinderance?
