hello again,

just was thinking.  The Amish use or used hex signs to protect their barns,
etc.  I don't have the necessary books to generate the stats, but these signs
could be potentially used to protect areas and buildings from the various
nasty things in Deadlands or Hell on Earth.  My husband got me to thinking on
this from his mentioning a movie called "Warlock" where the hero is aided by a
Mennonite(we think) who knew all the old signs of demonic presence(curdling
milk, bread that doesn't rise, etc).

Also, my husband is/was a combat engineer demolition specialist.  Any
questions about such things you have, I can run them by him.  He was rather
amused by the blasting cap story.
