Well, there is Throckmortons Combine, and his Black Hat soldiers, they
are organized, but I don't think i'd call them advanced or high tech,
but they do have a good supply of weapons from their plants in Denver.
There's still Hellstrome's Automatons running around too, but that's not
exactly what you're looking for either, is it?
