I don't know, drawing a joker for a hex sounds entirely random to me,
considering this can happen and you can still have a success. Now don't
get me wrong, i'm not out to punish my characters, just keep them from
over using powers. Most would probably be a cross between the backlash
table and the mutations table. I dunno, maybe I'll let it go after all,
It's like, geez, it's not like they're not gonna have mutations hunting
them down, abominations attempting to turn them into a fine mist of
blood. And for that matter, it's not like they're gonna have food, water
of bullets either.
