Doomsayers:  Anytime a Doomsyer goes bust on his Faith roll, radiation
courses through his body and he mutates. (pg 119)

Junkers:  Draw a number of cards dependant upon the cost of the device, if a
Joker is drawn, backlash time, baby.  (pg 132)

Sykers:  If the Syker goes bust on a Blastin' roll, he suffers a raw power
surge and takes damage to his noggin.  (pg 143)

Templars:  Uhh...er...okay, you got me there.  Any Bad Things are listed
with the Reward powers.

Sure, for the most part they don't take backlash AS OFTEN, but they still
take backlash.
