There's one thing I haven't heard anyone take into account yet (and I haven't
finished reading HoE yet, so if I'm screwin' up, forgive me...)...

The Reckoners crossed the Mississippi and haven't been heard from.  There's Ghost
Rock on Banshee....here's what I see as a possible "thing" for Lost Colony...

The Reckoners, or maybe a different set of Reckoners, is seeking to establish
themselves on Banshee much as they have on Earth and are deploying many of the same
tactics they did in Deadlands (the Weird West).

Or....

Lost Colony is another alternate future timeline.  When Hellstromme created the
Tunnel, this gave the Reckoners a route to Banshee.  Since they were losing on
Earth, they decided to go to another world to try to destroy it.

Just a couple of thoughts...
