[HoE] Bullets [SHANE]

I was wondering about hollow point bullets.  I think they would definately be
around by this time and was thinkin about there damage and stuff.

I think that a hollow point would do 1d more damage to unarmored targets and
1d less to targets with armor due to the bullet expanding during flight and
losing some of it's armor piercing ability.  I would also think it would
double the cost of the bullet.

What do you all think?
