  I would say that unless someone wanted to "munchkin" a huckster or use the
old rules to get multiple arcanr backgrounds, those character classes are not
rare.  If some one is wiling to take the risk of being a blessed or huckster
or what-not in the wasted west, where things are tough for nearly everybody,
they could do it in a snap.
