The cabal would be fairly secret, but the members don't really have to be.
While you wouldn't want the world to know your exactly connected to the
hucksters of yon past, a group of citizens may just assume your some strange
type of doomsayer or syker. The biggest reason that we can define the
difference between the Arcanes is because we can see the rules, the NPC's may
be familiar or unfamiliar with the differences between a
Huckster/blessed/templar ect. If a good huckster can convince the people in a
town that he represents the "forces of good", and can prove it in some manner,
the people will not usually argue. Also, if they are that old, they should
have learned a good amount of sleight o' hand...
