my guess is that there are working computers (towns not affected by any sort
of EMP blast should have them) but most likely no modems.  All junker
equipment runs off of G-Rays, so power source is not a real concern for this
arguement.  I would guess that the Junker Powers are limitless, anything that
a mad could build-a junker could build.
