  It certainly sounds like a possibility.  But before going to far into
planning things, it would be worthwhile to know the tech level of the Wasted
West, which we'll find out about soon in the book of the same name.  Are there
any more working computers?  electrical power sources?  television stations or
TV sets?  telephone systems?  Etc., etc.  That should provide a better idea of
the possible scope of Junker powers.
