Matter of opinion. I prefer the Mad Scientist on some level, because I like
the idea of the misunderstood eccentric that cranks gadgets out of crap he
found in his backyard. 

However, the Junker definitely has a cool post-apocalyptic feel as they
rummage through ruined cities for the scraps of a broken society. Then pile
those scraps into one big strange device.
