Ok, but if only one person knows the lowball/no
lowball rule, they're pretty much assured victory. 
They ditch some less valuable cards. Trade the lowball
rule.  Everyone goes nuts trying to ditch points. 
Picks up sevral offers with one email and wins with
the most points.  The whole idea of high/low is too powerful.
