Firstly, I'm liking the no-messaging games.  So, I don't think there's any problem saying 
anything at all in chat.  "I think Jim has a rule that says . . .".  Or "Jim sent me rule 3 
and it's lowball."

We can bluff, or we can hint at the truth, or we can outright say "Jim is probably trying to 
hide the fact that this is a lowball game."  I think anything goes in chat.
