I don't know of any samurai rules for any Deadlands, but you could 
duplicate it with the sword fighting rules for templars from Wasted 
West. They should cover everything fine, except iajutsu, but you 
could write a move for it, possibly giving a bonus to hit, or damage, 
or maybe both, but requires a quick draw roll.
