Sounds like stuff for upcoming Epitaphs...

I'd rather have 20 pages or somethin like that with the most important 
going-ons about any city, country or continent than a full-fledged 
sourcebooks just for one or two new hindrances and more details for 
Europe-based characters. Then again, I don't plan to take my players out of 
America - hell, even out of New Mexico and Arizona - for a long time to come.
