Ok, checking out an old atlas we have here.  Roughly using one of
todays major road routes, Denver looks to be about 450+ miles from the
City O'Gloom.  Page 17 of the players guide gives and average of 250
miles per day by train, add an extra one for the complication of the
Rockies say which bring us to 3 days (assuming no other complications).
