Stone's technically a servitor. So he has only one weakness that can kill him permanently. As I figure it, that would be the gun that killed him originally back in 1863. Or maybe only the bullet (as with Lincoln).

I guess Stone should be powerful. But a posse should be able to take him down, when they are clever and determined enough. But there's no use in wasting a pefect villain ;-)
