Nothing will help him there, I'm afraid, but chipping
the rolls to get a higher result.  That means more
cards, higher base Reliabilities, and a higher
liklihood of getting the hand.  But also a higher
chance of Jokers.

Phenominal cosmic power - eventual insanity.  ;-)

What's he trying to do, by the way?  Does he have a
laboratory to help him?  What about a assistants or
New Science magazines?
