I'm not positive which book contains them, I -think-
it might be Lone Stars, but there are a list of
wrasslin' maneuvers out there that sound like what
you're looking for.  Purchased at a point a piece,
they allow a brawler to perform special hand-to-hand
combat tricks, like "groin stomp" or "full nelson".  

I'm afraid I don't have any details at my fingertips;
I'll add it to my list of things to double check
tonight.
